Alrighty! This boy was reading after breakfast without being asked! We haven't had TV (post breakfast) in 3 days!! I'm going a little crazy, but I didn't want to have the kids just sitting on their booties all summer doing nothin'! I'm so proud that he didn't ask and just went straight for books!
They agreed...big hit!
Little brother listening intently as big brother reads!! Man I love these kids! 
So today is a trip to the library for a restock on books...shhhhh
Last trip was shortened by bitty tantrums, but this time went much more smoothly, thank heavens! I was so impressed I even let them have some computer game time (nice little set up here with all kids games!). They also had sign ups for summer reading, so the kids all signed and got a free book bag!
Ice cream on a hot day seems nice, but after such a fun library day, I thought Icees were appropriate!
They agreed...big hit!Oh my goodness, J was reading and the girls bailed after a few pages to play with their new bags (girls and their accessories!) so I look up and see this...
Filling out our "I" day, are the incredible, indestructible roses in my yard....we didn't water them at all last year after moving in, this is one month of watering:
They are trying to get in the window!!
